With 15 years of experience in the camera department, and a background in lighting, my aim is to provide support for cinematographers to achieve their creative goals and maximize image quality. Besides overseeing footage offloading and backups, I monitor exposure & scopes, provide live color grading & references, and graded transcodes. I’ve worked local as a DIT (Digital Imaging Technician) in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and now moving closer to my central Illinois roots: I’ve relocated to Chicago. I'm an IATSE Local 600 DIT.
EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE
I provide a full DIT cart with proper light shading, including items such as Flanders 24" monitors, scopes, grading control surfaces, LUT boxes, fast storage, Mac Pro computer, BitBoxes, and software such as DaVinci Resolve Studio, and LiveGrade. I have a van and blackout tent to work in when helpful.
